Before install Peplink MediaFast MFA 200 Router 6.3.1you should set a system restore point, to make sure you can rollback to your original driver in case you accidentally install another driver or select the driver for another version of the operating system.

Important Notices: - Firmware Downgrade is Unavailable for the Balance One: Please note that once 6.3.1 is installed on the Balance One, it will not be possible to downgrade. Dual-boot with older Firmware will still function, but each Firmware slot will not accept earlier Firmwares once it contains 6.3.1.
- Upgrade APs to AP Firmware 3.5.2 or Later Before Upgrading Balance and MAX devices to 6.2.1 or above: When running Balance and MAX Firmware 6.2.1 or above, Peplink routers will be unable to upgrade APs running 3.5.0 or below using upgrade packs. If you are using a Peplink router to manage APs running 3.5.0 or below, please upgrade APs to Firmware 3.5.2 or later before upgrading your Peplink router.
- Model Retirement: Please note that the following models will be retired and will not be supported by Firmware 6.3.0 onwards: Balance 380 Hardware Revision 1, Balance 380 Hardware Revision 2, Balance 700. To find the hardware revision of your Balance, please navigate to Status > Device.
Resolved Issues:VLAN:
- When disabling a LAN port that has been assigned to a specific VLAN, the port will only return to the untagged VLAN instead of being disabled.

VLAN:
- When creating multiple VLANs and configuring a LAN port as a VLAN trunk, devices on the tagged VLAN will end up getting IP addresses from the untagged VLAN.

Firmware Installation Procedure: - Firmware upgrade functionality is located at System>Firmware.
- Download a firmware image compatible with your device model.
- Click Choose File to select the firmware file from the local computer.
- Click Manual Upgrade to send the firmware to the Peplink unit.
- It will then automatically initiate the firmware upgrade process.
- Please note that all Peplink devices can store two different firmware versions in two different partitions. A firmware upgrade will always replace the inactive partition. If you want to keep the inactive firmware, you can simply reboot your device with the inactive firmware and then perform the firmware upgrade.

Status LED Information during firmware upgrade:
- OFF – Firmware upgrade in progress (DO NOT disconnect power.)
- Red – Unit is rebooting
- Green – Firmware upgrade successfully completed
